  1. Content and Theme:
All submissions must adhere to the Rec Room Code of Conduct. We encourage creativity but prohibit offensive or inappropriate content.
  2. Originality:
Your creation must be original and your own work. Collaborations are welcome, provided all contributors are credited.
  3. Completeness:
Submissions should be in a near-complete state. Minor tweaks and updates post-showcase are acceptable.

Trailer Rules

  1. Length:

  2. Content:

Publishing Deadlines

  • Unpublished Rooms/Games:
If your room or game is not yet published, it must be ready for public release within 30 days after the showcase. This ensures that the content presented to the audience will be accessible in a timely manner.

There is an exception for big room/game projects that may take months or years to complete. These rooms are allowed to be showcased and may even be allowed to share updates once a month at every showcase. Make sure to communicate this with the event organizer. (@DJICore)

  • Already Published Rooms/Games:
Rooms or games that are already published should have been released no more than 6 months prior to the date of submission. This helps keep our showcases fresh and current.
