Rules For Entering

To make sure your rooms are eligible of winning, please make sure your rooms follow all rules that are listed below.

  • Rooms must be created within the current year.
  • Rooms must be submitted before the submission deadline (November 30).
  • The creator submitting the room must be the room's owner or have permission from the owner to submit the room.
  • The creator of the room needs to be a member of the InkScape Discord community to submit a room.
  • Rooms should be original creations, and creators should not use copyrighted material without proper authorization.
  • Rooms submitted must adhere to Rec Room's content guidelines and community standards including the CoC and CCoC.
  • Rooms should be accessible to the public, either by being public rooms or by allowing public visitors during the judging period.
  • Rooms must be fully functional and playable, with no significant bugs or issues that hinder the player experience.
  • The creator of the room must ensure they have the rights to use any assets or designs in their room, and they should give proper credit if necessary.
  • Rooms must not be plagiarized or heavily based on another creator's work.
  • A creator is only allowed to submit 2 of their rooms.
  • Rooms must be tagged appropriately, they will be categorized by the primary room tag.
  • Accept that the judges' decisions are final and binding.
